If exploring and taking adventures are important to you, then you have come to the right place. We are located in David Thompson Country, which is in west central Alberta. Some would say, we are in the belt-line of the mountains and have over 10 lakes in the area to explore. If you are familiar with the area, you will know it is a great place to go hunting, fishing, camping, off-grid camping, hiking, canoeing, biking, 4x4ing, snowmobiling, boating, kayaking and, of course, stand up paddle boarding.
Our lakes may be not be large, however they are peaceful, serene and full of wildlife. Fishing enthusiasts enjoy them thoroughly, however on a beautiful day you can see many canoers, kayakers and standup paddle boarders taking all nature has to offer. If you have not been to our lakes, we recommend visiting them and what better way to do it than with a standup paddleboard. You can peacefully float and paddle to your heart’s content and enjoy all the beauty this area has to offer. Stand up paddle boarding gives you the opportunity to spend hours relaxing and enjoying the wondrous sights that nature offers. Sightings of beaver, whitetail and mule deer, fox and coyotes are known to be experienced. Lovers of all things avian have embraced this region as well. There have been sightings of Redwing Blackbirds, Chicadees, Goshawks, Nuthatches, Goldfinch, to name a few. There are also many Birds of Prey as well. You might even experience one of these large birds sweeping into the water to catch a fish!
Our standup paddleboard rentals come with the board, pump, tether, lifejacket, and a chair that can turn the board into a kayak if you wish to not stand or even maybe you want to fish while out boarding. Since our boards are inflatable you can take them to all the lakes in the area with any vehicle.
